Driving:

Taipei—Freeway 3 or Freeway 1—Keelung-Jinshan Interchange—Highway 2 toward Jinshan.
Yangmingshan—Yangde Boulevard (Yangjin Highway)—Jinshan—Wanli.

Public Transportation:

Take a Kuo Kuang Bus bound for Jinshan at Taipei Bus Station, and get off at Wanli-Jiatou Stop.
From Tamsui, take a Tamsui Bus or Keelung Bus bound for Keelung, and get off at Wanli-Jiatou Stop.
From Keelung, take Keelung Bus or Kuo Kuang Bus bound for Jinshan at Zhongyi Road in front of Keelung Railway Station, and get off at Wanli-Jiatou Stop.
