Use of photographs with authorization by the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Headquarters is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The content, image or name of the photographs may not be altered in anyway.
- Photographs may not be used alone for commercial profit-making purposes.
- Commercial profit-making applications of photographs shall be limited to the domestic media reports and foreign media and magazine reports promoting Taiwan tourism or introducing Taiwan tourist attractions.
- Photographs shall be marked "Provided by the Provided by the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Headquarters, Tourism Administration, MOTC" along with the name of the photographer.
- Photographs for commercial profit or non-commercial profit use shall not be used in a manner detrimental to the image of the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Headquarters.
