1. Take a Kuo Kuang Bus bound for Jinshan at Taipei Bus Station, and get off at Wanli-Jiatou Stop.
2. From Tamsui, take a Tamsui Bus or Keelung Bus bound for Keelung, and get off at Wanli-Jiatou Stop.
