The Administration integrated the promotion on hot springs with experiencing featured delicacies as the main elements of the carnival. Different from the ones of past a few years, experiencing hot spring is attached in four routes of seasonal tour, for the Administration tends to recommend people taking more time exploring the northern coast and enjoying hot spring whenever they like.
