For the first time, the Headquarters visited Taichung from April 19th (Friday) to 22nd (Monday) where it took part in the central region's annual tourism event “2024 ATTA Taichung International Travel Exhibition,” featuring “The Queen’s Head” a well-known attraction at Yehliu Geopark, showing a miniature light show of the feature in conjunction with the upcoming “Yehliu Night Tours, See the Queen's Head Illuminated at Night” event which will be launched on June 28. The splendid lights interact with the music and will appear regularly during the exhibition to warm up the main event and become a focus of the event.
In addition to Yehliu Geopark, which is internationally renowned for its unique geological landscape, other popular attractions include Fuguijiao Lighthouse at the northernmost point in Taiwan, Laomei Green Reef, Shimen Cave, and numerous bays, including Qianshui Bay, Baisha Bay, Zhongjiao Bay etc., Keelung Heping Island landscape and culture, Jinshan Wanli Hot Springs, Juming Art Museum and art works, Guanyinshan hiking trails, eagle watching and other elements. At the same time, local high-quality stores are promoted, hoping to attract tourists to the Crown Coast and offer different travel experiences each trip.
Yehliu Geopark uses “Rocks in the night” as its main focus, combining lighting effects with the landscape, waves, and fishing fires projected onto strange rocks.
