Rain Caused Cancelation of Dawulun Starry Feast to Be Held on October 21

Due to the bad weather, the star observation to be held on October 21 2017 (Saturday) was cancelled.  Dawulun Starry Feast includes three constellation watching activities.  The pouring rain had made the session of October 21 impossible to take place.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
