As the end of the year approaches, many department stores, hypermarkets, and electronic product stores are holding promotion sales to attract buyers. Tourism Bureau of MOTC encourages travelers to visit every part of Taiwan and the Bureau has promoted for the first time “Taiwan Circular Tour Ticket: Huanlian and Taitong Limited,”which aims to boost package travelling in Hualian and Taitong area in combination of travel agents and tourism business holders to welcome visitors to come to visit the East of Taiwan. The tourism bureau will promote in the future more circular tour tickets to the other parts of Taiwan if the Huanlian and Taitong limited circular tour tickets succeed in attracting tourists.
Tourism Bureau of MOTC encourages the tourism enterprises to promote package tours so as to attract more travelers and the related activities will include Hot Spring Carnivals as well as Meeting Sunrise at Sanxiantai. Huadong Valley Administration Office and East Coast National Scenic Area Administration of MOTC indicated that the circular tour tickets and other promotive products will set off the sale from November 30, 2017 and end on January 31st in 2018. Purchasers of the circular tour tickets will have the change to get the souvenirs, including mobile phones, suitcases and luggage. Visitors are advised to schedule their trips to the East of Taiwan in advance during the consecutive holidays at end of the year or the Chinese New Year holidays. The package tours include three-day trips and two-day trips, as well as five star hotel room and board for two, entrance tickets of the amusement parks, and so forth. Tourism business holders also offer a variety of best buy prices to invite travelers to come to Huanlian and Taitong for hot springs, gourmet, and Pacific Ocean seaside travelling with their dearest families and friends.
In order to stimulate domestic travelling, Tourism Bureau of MOTC expressed that the circular tour tickets to Hualian and Taiwan are offered with two kinds of packages: 4000 NT and 8000 NT packages. The purchasers can go to the visitor centers (iCenter) located in both Huanlian Train Station and Taitong Train Station to get the souvenirs of local agricultural products, including home-made tea and local rice. Besides, the purchasers of the circular tickets and relevant products are valid for gift drawing activities.
