2020 Rocks of Yehliu - Visiting the Queen’s Head at Night

Queen’s Head Music Concert to take place 7-9pm on Oct. 3
The much anticipated, amazing “Rocks of Yehliu - Visiting the Queen’s Head at Night” will be held again from September 27 (Sunday) to October 4 (Sunday), 2020. Yehliu’s famous mushroom rocks and the Queen’s Head will be presented amid light projections, turning the coasts into a wonderland.
Queen’s Head Music Concert, scheduled to kick off at 19:00, October 3, will be hosted by versatile news anchorer Sam Tsen. Famous Taiwanese singer Bobby Chen, diva Where Chou, the Youth String Orchestra of National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, and violinist Connie Mae will all contribute a few songs. The special combination of classical music and Taiwanese music is going to make this mid-moon coastal vacation a memorable one.
This year, there are even two light projection zones to explore, “Naughty Princess” and “Queen’s Head.” The projections will be made from 18:30 to 21:00, at every 30 minutes. Visitors can expect to enjoy a “symphony of rocks and light” composed of ocean waves, strange rocks, light projections, and music. Visitors are free to appreciate the projections and geological formations from vantage points, or observe mushroom rocks, sea grooves, etc. at a close distance. There is even “Yehliu Wonderland,” a comprehensive light-projection display of Yehliu’s geological history on a giant rock wall at an outdoor plaza.
