Sulfuric fire fishing season in Jinshan has begun, and visitors can experience century-old sulfuric fire fishing in person

Century-old traditional "Jinshan sulfuric fire fishing" is a famous unique Jinshan scenic attraction imbued with culture and history. It is also an example of fisherman's wisdom that shares its benefits with the ocean. It is a treasure of Jinshan, but also an invaluable cultural asset of Taiwan.

The Northguan National Scenic Area actively assists traditional fishing methods in combination with sightseeing to promote the transformation of the fisheries industry. This year, it works with a number of travel agencies to launch exciting and rich sulfuric fire fishing themed itineraries in June. In addition, a number of Crown Coast itineraries and packages will be launched in concert with "Crown Coast Tourism Union" counseling stores. It is expected that these Jinshan sulfuric fire fishing season itineraries will better enable the public to appreciate the brightest fishing fires on the north coast up close, visit Huanggang fishing village and the ancient fishing road, so more people will learn about nearly extinct local fishing culture.
