Following on from the international tourism promotion video series “The Crown of Adventure” about the Crown Coast Tourism Union produced by the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area winning the 2023 Golden City Gate Awards: Tourism Multimedia Awards in Berlin, Germany and the US Muse Creative Awards Gold Medal in the Sightseeing Film Category, the film “The Crown of Seasons” received the best travel film award at the Cannes World Film Festival, where the beauty of the North Coast was introduced to the world, showcasing the brilliance of Taiwan.
In July this year, the number of international visitors to Taiwan officially exceeded 3 million, halfway to the annual target of 6 million. Among them, the top three tourist sources were Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. Accordingly, the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area shot three themed promotional videos targeting different customer groups of the Crown Coast Tourism Union: “The Crown of Adventure,” “The Crown of Seasons” and “The Crown of Romance” to create an in-depth itinerary for visitors. The landscape part of the story covers such attractions such as Shimen Laomei Green Reef, Baishawan Water Recreation Area, Wanli Yehliu Geopark, Sanzhi Qianshui Bay and Keelung Heping Island Geopark. Whether you are an independent backpacker, a couple on a romantic journey or a family on an outing, different experiences are available on the Crown Coast that will create unforgettable memories.
