In 2021, the North Scenic Area Administration made efforts with local agriculture and tourism associations, and Lingyun Temple. Private owners provided land and the Administration was in charge of beautification of leisure facilities. A viewing platform was set up next to the Fulong Mountain Trail in Guanyin Mountain, the ventilation and sanitary facilities of the public toilets were improved to provide the public with more complete and optimized service facilities.
In addition, the North Scenic Area Administration also optimized the hawk-watching platform in the ecological park of the Guanyin Mountain recreation area, providing a more complete viewing place for hawk-watching eco-tourism. Also, the Administration improved the ecological pool, reduced the slope of the pool, and connected attractions such as restaurants and farms so that visitors may have a different travel experience.
