The "Baisha Bay Visitor Center" under the Northguan National Scenic Area officially reopened on November 5, 2022 after several months of renovation work. The newly opened visitor center focuses on Baisha Bay, but also includes surrounding tourist attractions, geographical features and intertidal zone ecology. The interesting themed interactive facilities offer an in depth view of north coast culture and rich ecological knowledge from a wide range of perspectives. In particular, projects such as drama tour guide "I am a fish" organized with Cup Theater enable local school children to understand and develop a deeper understanding of the north coast; at the same time, cooperative ventures with corporate groups to organize environmental education activities, such as beach cleaning and mystery lake guided tours, further promote the ecological beauty of the north coast.
The exhibition in Baisha Bay Visitor Center includes a large geographical map of the north coast and the intertidal zone, and a projected and interactive Laomei Green Stone Slot landscape installation. Visitors can also visit the coastal scenery of the north coast with the Queen Baby, or watch a wonderful 9K panoramic film introducing the north coast from a different perspective in the circular theater.
