The lectures of the Crown Tourism Creation Institute have been highly praised. For the final lecture, Ms. Shu-fen, Lai, Chairman of the Mentor Group, was invited to talk about “Change of Brand Image”, sharing how to encourage partners to embrace change from brand to customer management with their own experience and make stores and shops the highlights in the tourism union.
Chairman Lai, once took over Shaomei”, the old brand of ice cream that had been on the verge of bankruptcy. With her observation, R&D technology, and market analysis, she made the Brown Sugar Boba Ice Cream Bar achieve outstanding performance when it was launched and even expanded into the international market. She has successfully changed the old brand and created the uniqueness for the brand, making it move forward with a whole new look and be closer to consumers.
The tourist attractions and stores in the Crown Coast Tourism Union are in a similar situation to “Shaomei”. The point is how to reshape these old tourism brands and make tourists feel moved in different ways every time they come. Therefore, there are 17 stores and shops selected to reshape their industry styles to become models in the tourism union in the hope to bring others to be participants. It is expected to present the service results of the stores and shops at the end of May and jointly launch the north coast experience tour, making it easy for tourists to visit the north coast.
