中華民國114年8月12日北觀管字第11403002631號公告訂定
一、 交通部觀光署北海岸及觀音山國家風景區管理處為維護萬美沙灘場域生態、環境及安全，特依發展觀光條例第六十四條第二項規定訂定本禁止事項。
二、 禁止於本場域公告區域(如附圖)從事以下行為：
（一）炊煮、生火等相關遊憩行為。
（二）晚上十時至翌日上午七時露營。
前項各款行為報經場域主管機關核准辦理者，不在此限。
三、 違反前點規定者，依發展觀光條例第六十四條第二項規定，處新臺幣五千元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰。
Regulations on Prohibited Activities at Wanmei Beach
1. In order to protect the ecology, environment, and safety of Wanmei Beach, the North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Headquarters of the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) hereby establishes these Regulations in accordance with Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Act for the Development of Tourism.
2. The following activities are prohibited within the designated areas of this site (as shown in the attached image):
(1) Cooking, fire building and other related recreational activities.
(2) Camping between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on the following day.
If the activities in each subparagraph of the preceding paragraph are reported to and approved by the competent authority of the site, they shall not be subject to the aforementioned prohibitions.
3. Violations of the preceding point shall be subject to a fine of not less than NT$5,000 and not more than NT$1,000,000 in accordance with Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Act for the Development of Tourism.

主管機関の許可なく、炊事や火気の使用などの関連レクリエーション行為は禁止されています。また、午後10時から翌朝7時までのキャンプも禁止されています。本公告に違反した者は、法律に基づき罰せられます。

구역 관리 기관의 허가 없이 취사, 불 피우기 등 관련 활동이 금지됩니다. 또한 밤 10시부터 다음 날 오전 7시까지 캠핑이 금지됩니다. 본 공고를 위반하는 자는 법에 따라 처벌받습니다.
Thông báo
Nghiêm cấm nấu nướng, nhóm lửa hoặc thực hiện các hoạt động giải trí liên quan khi chưa được cơ quan quản lý khu vực cho phép. Cấm cắm trại từ 10 giờ tối đến 7 giờ sáng hôm sau. Người vi phạm quy định này sẽ bị xử phạt theo pháp luật.

Dilarang keras melakukan kegiatan memasak, menyalakan api, atau aktivitas rekreasi sejenis tanpa persetujuan dari otoritas pengelola kawasan. Berkemah juga dilarang mulai pukul 22.00 hingga pukul 07.00 keesokan harinya. Pelanggar ketentuan ini akan dikenakan sanksi sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.

ห้ามประกอบอาหาร ก่อไฟ หรือทำกิจกรรมสันทนาการที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากหน่วยงานที่ดูแลพื้นที่ และห้ามตั้งแคมป์ตั้งแต่เวลา 22.00 น. ถึง 07.00 น. ของวันถัดไป ผู้ที่ฝ่าฝืนประกาศนี้จะถูกลงโทษตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Ipinagbabawal ang pagluluto, pagsisiga, at iba pang katulad na gawain nang walang pahintulot mula sa pamunuan ng lugar. Ipinagbabawal din ang pag-camping mula alas-10 ng gabi hanggang alas-7 ng umaga kinabukasan. Ang sinumang lalabag sa abisong ito ay papatawan ng parusa alinsunod sa umiiral na batas.
