This is one of the most famous bakeries in Taiwan.  The owner went into the business at the age of 16.  He went to France and Japan to learn skills of making exquisite cakes, and chose to return to his hometown to make “cakes of happiness.”  His persistence in making only the best has made his store famous all over northern Taiwan.  On holidays, customers often have to stand in line to wait for their turn to buy the attractive, delicious desserts of more sorts and shapes than you can imagine.
