Chaojing Park

Audio Guide

On the east of Badouzi Peninsula, Chaojing Park is popular among those who want to enjoy coastal views in the North Coast of Keelung. In spring and summer, its eroded platform at low tides reveals a diversified natural ecology and plenty of intertidal-zone creatures. Families with young children are encouraged to learn about nature here on weekends and holidays.

There is a parking space, a big meadow, some fish sculptures, a bicycle path, a few slides, scenic benches, and a sand pool in the park. People can feel free to take a walk, have some nice chats, look at the sea, or listen to the sounds of waves in this quiet and graceful area. Artistic installations inspired by nature can be found here. Using driftwood, these installations address the importance of natural conservation.
