The 3-km Wanta Bikeway, linking up Baisha Bay and Fugui Cape Lighthouse, meanders along the sea with Provincial Highway 2, all the way to Taiwan’s northernmost point.
As you arrive at Fugui Cape by a fishery port, you may make a circle around the cape on the ring road. Along the way are an artistic kite-flying & camping site and the octogonal Fugui Cape Lighthouse. The wild plants and geological formations are also worth appreciation. A coastal wooded path leads people directly to the beach. If you are here between March and May, you shall feel impressed by the dreamlike Laomei Green Reefs - the most graceful seasonal sight on the beach.
