Lovers Lake Park

At the mid-hill of Dawulun Mountain, the park is where six mountain streams gather up. The only highland lake in Keelung, the lake is “fine and pretty like a well educated young lady,” as a traditional saying goes. The park is equipped with a round-the-lake trail, a round-the-mountain trail, a lovers’ suspension bridge, a pavilion, and a scenic platform, among others. The round-the-lake trail is embraced by lush green trees and along the way visitors can appreciate romantic views of the lake. The round-the-mountain lake enables visitors to look at Eagle’s Rock, the vast blue ocean, Aodi Fishery Port, and even Keelung Islet and Yehliu Cape. The scenery is pretty soothing.
