Hailed as Taiwan’s most beautiful lighthouse, Yehliu stands in Section III of Yehliu Geopark. The red torch on its top and white foundation at its bottom make the light beacon look like the area’s famous Candle Holder Rock. In this area, visitors can enjoy amiable breezes and the vast blue sea, staying away from the hustles and bustles of daily life. The light beacon is less conveniently located and thus not that many visitors are here - an off-the-beaten-track attraction it is!
