Taipower Exhibit Center in Northern Taiwan

To improve the public’s understanding of energy and power generation, Taipower established the Exhibit Center in Northern Taiwan (hereinafter referred as “the Exhibit Center”) near the entrance of the Second Nuclear Power Plant, located along Provincial Highway 2 (Keelung-Jinshan section). The Exhibit Center features an indoor exhibition space of approximately 600 ping and an outdoor garden spanning about 7,000 ping. Additionally, the center offers free parking for both large and small vehicles.

The Exhibit Center employs multimedia, digital videos and audios, immersive simulations, and games to present energy-related knowledge and provide visitors with high-quality information and services. In addition to existing exhibits such as power generation processes, power plant structures, nuclear reactors, and electromagnetic fields, the center has expanded its displays to include topics such as energy conservation, carbon reduction, and renewable energy. The center also features a screening room and a lounge where visitors can enjoy 3D energy-related films. Furthermore, an art corridor showcasing works by local artists has been created, making the center an excellent destination for school field trips, employee recreation activities, and leisure travel.
