In view of the excessive chemical additives in modern food that are harmful to human health, Lius Pickle has created a series of dishes based on the exquisite tastes of ancient times.
The shop hopes to convey a common concept, a touch of warmth from home, and great taste nurtured through every hand-made delicacies. It uses only natural ingredients grown in Taiwan, and shares the good taste nurtured in Taiwan. Lius Pickle was born out of this concept.
