Liujiarice

Liujia Rice was founded in 1973 and has been popular for 50 years. It was founded by first-generation owner Ah Sheng and originally a small stall in front of Shibawanggong Temple. Now the Fuji branch offers a larger and more comfortable dining area but continues the insistence of Ah Sheng on carefully selecting raw materials, with glutinous rice from Hualian and Taitung areas, mushrooms from Xinshe, black sesame oil from Beigang etc. Liujia Rice is serious about every process, wrapping the delicious fillings into meat glutinous rice dumplings one by one, presenting the most delicious meat filled offerings for the delectation of guests.
