The female boss has taken the hot seafood rice noodle soup and handmade fish floss dishes that were common when she was a child and transformed them into Yu Pin Hsuan signature food items, sharing the beautiful taste from childhood with visitors. Not only does the company share fresh ingredients, it has also ventured into the souvenir market and developed a bowl of seafood rice noodles that tastes like it is freshly cooked but is in fact "instant noodles cooked quickly."
