Badouzi is a small fishing village with beautiful scenery and unique local flying fish roe. In order to promote special local raw materials, Chen’s father developed the flying fish roe sausage, hoping to make the local delicacy a unique focus in Taiwan. The sausages are filled with flying fish roe and even Mrs. Chen, who dare not eat fatty meat, loves them. The sausages are sugar cane smoked and porksonfood adheres to its process and never cuts corners.
