We are committed to protecting the biodiversity of the low-lying mountains, maintaining natural habitats and removing invading alien species. Without the use of herbicides, the Bambusicola sonorivox, a unique bird species in Taiwan, can live in a safe and non-toxic environment, making the hills an ecological home for living things, and transforming an old military radar station into a base for environmental issues advocacy.
Every cup of coffee comes from fair trade farmers, and every drop of milk from farms with certified animal welfare labels. Drinking coffee and paying attention to land justice and farmers’ rights to make a living, visitors have make a friendly choice for the mountains and seas.
WITH HILL sells not only coffee but also a healing space enshrouded in nature.
