SJ Tea House specializes in top grade Pu’er teas from renowned tea producers such as Menghai, Xiaguan, and Dayi, and has a collection of antique-grade teas highly sought after by connoisseurs. Luo Chi-feng, the owner, is a well-known figure in Taiwan’s Pu’er tea community. Early in his career, while trading textiles between Hong Kong and Macau, he was introduced to Pu’er tea and became passionate about it, eventually beginning to collect tea. He personally traveled to Yunnan’s tea mountains in pursuit of the finest teas. Through a series of fortuitous events, he established a tea factory in Yunnan and founded two major tea brands, Guangyanghao and Guangshengcai, gradually becoming Taiwan’s largest source for wholesale Pu’er tea.
