Fish Ball & Beer Bar

Fish Ball & Beer Bar was founded in 1949, the founder, Mr. Lin Shui-mu, was one of the founders of Tamsui Weixiang Fish Ball Shop. He later successfully shaped Tamsui’s fish ball and fish cake food culture and created the first Dengfeng Fish Ball Museum in Taiwan, combining learning and education, while passing on knowledge about the fishing processing and marine culture.

Today, Fish Ball & Beer Bar continues the spirit of perseverance and inheritance, discovering wonderful flavors from all over Taiwan and employing innovative techniques to retain healthy nutrition, and transform ancient flavors into the most unforgettable tastes for visitors.
