Continuing the stories of the ancient trail, the restaurant transforms the memories of mountains and sea into culinary experiences. The dishes focus on locally sourced seafood and regional ingredients, combined with a sustainable seafood philosophy, making it one of the first restaurants on the North Coast to receive the “Heart of the Ocean Sustainability Certification.” Signature dishes include ginger-stir-fried baby squid and overnight-dried mackerel.
